VINYASA: Listening Heart - 55mins This is a strong practice with many of your favorite active standing poses including a focus on Natarajasana - We begin in a Heart Roll with arm extensions leading into pre vinyasa floor explorations in pelvis. Our 4 sequences include pigeon pose, and we end in bridge and supine releases. Body as ear, listening accompanied by the wide expansion of arms apart in backbending.  Savasana on your own.

BASIC: Honoring the Bud and Lungs - Heart and Foot - 64mins - Supine beginnings: Small heart roll feet into wall and then bent knee twist  – lung/bud area massage – arm extensions followed by Supta Pad. with upper arms on floor. We move into all 4s PTs and the stegosaurus image! leading into dog, sphinx and salabhasana. Standing sequence includes Tadasana lifting toes and move into Tree, Straight Back Stretch at the wall and our calf stretch with heart lift. We end with Janu Sirsasana and Savasana.

ADVANCED: - Hands of Serratus - 76mins  (Apologies for the occasional clicking sound of heater at beginning at one point in middle!)  We begin with Anatomy Pics of Serratus and Lower Trap and start with a block under heart – playing with arms and shoulder blades floating up from cradle of ribs, continuing into Supta Pad with emphasis in the lower trap and serratus. On all 4s, we emphasize the hands and fingers noting the BMC connections in PTs and into Erics twist and Elbow Dog. From standing in tadasana, the practice moves into Tree with fingers, Warrior1 and 2 and Pras Padott twist and comes back to Elbow Dog or full Pinca Mayruasan with 3 blocks. Finally – Hanumanasana (super supported!), Dog, Belly bolster Supported childs pose and savasana.
