VINYASA - 55mins Ignore date time references - Green Groins Begins with a sequence of pelvic tilts (PTs), supta bad and supta pad and continues into 3 main vinyasas which include a block between thighs, and poses such as vasisthasana, salabhasana, frog, parsvokansana, parvritta trikonasana. There is a section leading to upa vista and later on leading to an optional bakasana. The practice ends with belly bolster and supta bad. On your own savasana. Good practice for evening out hips and awakening inner line of leg energy

BASICS - 60mins - Neck and Belly Moss   PTs with neck roll, followed by Pilates with soft neck, curl up and turn onto belly mini sphinx leading into dog, childs pose, dog and utta.  Our standing sequence  includes Warrior 2 to parsvok and pras padott twist + tadasana with a neck side bend. We end with supta pad with neck roll and jabberwacky talk! Gets into the core but minimizing tension in neck….

ADVANCED - 75mins - Alleluyah and Rosebud Lungs Heart Roll – Rosebud awareness – arm movements – bridge – hole in wall twist.   Anantasana and twists   Dog pose and plank, Up Dog and Childs with arms over.  Arm circles- rosebud leading into Gomukhasana. Vrksasana Shoulder opener on chair/desk, Elbow Dog/Stand, Bridge, Mari 3 with rosebud. Fun shoulder lung practice!
