Recently, Richard, Rodney Yee, Daniel Simpson and moi were part of a discussion regarding Embodiment and Awareness in Yoga on Adam Keen’s podcast platform. One of the comments made by folks who have listened to this conversation is how much they appreciated our friendships! It’s true that these folks like Richard, Rodney and other friends from way back when have been integral to my continuing evolution as a yogi. Even when we don’t see each other for years, there is a warmth and appreciation for yoga sangha that we all embody in our various unique ways.
Richard and I have been practicing, and sometimes teaching together, for literally decades. And although, we have some differing perspectives on practice that can lead to interesting discussions!, we have a great deal that we respect in each others teaching and is very complimentary to our individual journeys. We delight in these rare opportunities to bring together yoga community and share what brings relevance and joy to our practice.

You can join us from wherever and be part of this discussion and deep practice, and it would also be lovely to see some local folks showing up at Nest Yoga too. Spread the word - Who knows how long we will both be doing these kind of events!!
