BASIC: Belly Bum Bloom -  Tapping bum CR PTs   Side belly Pilates with bloom in bum – Interruption with water gathering - apologies!  Dog   Lying on tummy  - leg extensions raising legs – diagonals and then thigh release and natarajasana type movement – widening and lengthening.   Dog balloons in hip. Up dog to Childs.   Tadasana PTs   Sweep up and down SS like x 3 – Tree – Pras Pad and W1- Belly Bolster  Childs
MP: You may want to add the blowing out the candle breath, favored by folks like Michelle in this class, as a way of preventing collapsing in the lower back.
