Time to celebrate the ending of the year, the changing of the light and drop into a deep quiet exploration and letting go, through yoga poses - gentle and restorative - pranayama, meditation, reflection, and silence. Suitable for a wide variety of practitioner. Bring pillows, comfortable clothing and a drink or snack for a short break. Small group size so register early.
