10/26 Sunday 12.30-4pm Nest Yoga, Piedmont Ave, Oakland. We have a few more spaces - not many - for the in person workshop. And for those of you who are away or busy at this time, you can always sign up and get the recording for an entire month afterwards. This is a very special event bringing together us dinosaurs in the yoga teaching world in the lovely Nest studio in downtown Piedmont. We have had a lot of fun and learned a few things from each other preparing for this workshop and we know that we will have a delightful and educational afternoon with you all, that may impact your practice for years to come.
