A Bilingual Class with Edgar Ortiz in Costa Rica, Roynel Martinez in Argentina and Mary Paffard in California. This class will be a benefit for Jorge Avila, Director of Yoga VA3, who had a stroke in September at around the same time as losing his house in a hurricane. His dedication to the communities of Yoga and Yoga Va has never wavered throughout more than 3 decades of practice and teaching. Now it’s time for us to return the generosity that he has shared with so many, to help him through this very challenging time, a time when resources, medical support and transport are deeply effected by the post pandemic economy and the embargo. Please give as generously as you can, all contributions will be passed onto Jorge. If you have no funds, do join us and learn a little about Jorge, Yoga Va and yoga in other countries for the 15 minute introduction/discussion and a simple fun bilingual class that will inspire and soothe!

Su dedicación a las comunidades de Yoga y Yoga Va nunca ha flaqueado a lo largo de más de 3 décadas de práctica y enseñanza. Ahora es el momento para nosotros de devolver la generosidad que ha compartido con tantos, para ayudarle a través de este momento tan difícil, un momento en que los recursos, el apoyo médico y el transporte se ven profundamente afectados por la economía post pandemia y el embargo.
