No professional arm balancers need apply! This workshop is for those of us who through fear, laziness or lack of focus, tend to avoid the power of the belly and the ability to use that support in simple arm balancing poses. May be useful for teachers who wish to help others break these poses down and come into their core. Aug 29 workshop will be a good preliminary for anyone coming on Aug 30.
