Sundays 9/23, 10/21, and 12/9 from 8.15am to 10.30am, we will meet for a full active practice with meditation and relaxation. Each workshop is inspired by a poem, but you do not need to enjoy poetry to appreciate a lively sangha, along with asana inspiration and challenge for a variety of levels from teacher to aspiring home practitioner. This is not a beginners workshop but options will be given to those not inverting, or practicing deeper backbends. A perfect way to keep your practice alive and juicy in these puzzling times!
Session 2 - 10/21 - Coeur-Rage! Getting to the heart of our being! This practice will explore recycling our agitation, rage and apathy (your choice!) into true courage or “coeurage” Our focus will be in the upper body, shoulders and breath. While rooting our heart energy into the earth and working with the interior peaceful warrior in active and passive poses, the intention of this practice is to recycle old energy into skillful compassionate asana and living….
60.00 Early Bird by 9/14, 70.00 thereafter or 35.00/session. Mail check to Yoga for All, PO Box 225, Yorkville, CA95494 or pay at my online store.

You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body Love what it loves....”
