Advanced Yoga

4 Mondays - 8.45am Optional Meditation 9-11am Advanced Asana Practice focusing on the Brahma Viharas
This series is for anyone who wants to challenge themselves to go deeper in asana and for teachers and trainees. No-one will be forced! into backbends or inversions but these will be included regularly. We will need a minimum committed to the whole series by July 20th for this class to go.
80.00 for series or 25.00/session.

If you are interested in future teacher training, this would be a good class to come to in preparation. Each week the theme will be discussed (no need to know anything about the Brahma Viharas!) and some support material will be given to those doing whole series to encourage practice and reflection between sessions.
