A workshop for a wide variety of practitioners and teachers interested in holistic movement of the hand and shoulder girdle and the power of gesture in the asana practice. Click on title for more info and online registration with The Yoga Solution.

This series of five workshops based around the theme of the Chakras will be part of the teacher training programs at It's All Yoga Sacramento. If space exists, it may be possible to take individual workshops.   

The course - if registered for whole series - will have online support material which will include articles, practice guidelines and meditations. Dates: 9/17, 10/15, 1/22, 3/18, 5/20.
