This workshop invites you to fully let go of the remnants of 2018 and remind yourself of your integrity and beauty through active asana, meditation, restoratives, reflection and a supportive sangha.

Suitable for a wide range of practitioner from mixed level to teacher. This is not a suitable workshop for beginners. Saturday 11am - 5pm (includes one hour break), Sunday 8.30-11.30am.

Fee: Early-bird 125.00 by 12/15/18, 150.00 thereafter.

Sacred Sundays

On the third Sunday of the month, from 8.15am to 10.30am, we will meet for a full active practice with meditation and relaxation. This is not a beginners workshop but options will be given to those not inverting, or practicing deeper backbends.

Fee: Early-bird 75.00 by 1/19/2019, 85.00 thereafter, or 35.00/session. Register online or by check.

Free Stress Reduction and Relaxation Workshop

Free, all welcome. No need to be a yoga practitioner but you do need clothing that you can move in and be willing to take off your shoes. This session will help us all Reconnect, Relax and Restore and will be an opportunity to share strategies and techniques for staying in your body and calm in these challenging times. No need to register, just show up.
