Join us for a full day of practice focused on the stirrhum sukkham aspects of practice. How in these days of uncertainty, can we find postures and practices that truly cultivate ease and stability? Our am practice will be active, invigorating and grounding, a great antidote to anxiety and the cultural and ecological chaos that many of us have been experiencing in our local and global lives. In the afternoon, in a quieter slower practice, we will explore using our yoga to cultivate ease in our breath, our relaxation and our entire lives.
