This workshop is suitable for a wide variety of levels, and we will focus on feet, bones and breath, including a wide variety of active and passive yoga. By bringing your attention into the feet, you enable a sense of grounding and cooling which, in these strange times, we need in body, mind and spirit! The feet give us access to balancing the whole body and bring a deeper understanding to our posture, hips, knees, and the way we move in the world.
