The fourth in a series of six workshops on particular body related themes that are of interest to a wide variety of teacher, trainee and practitioner. This workshop taught by Mary will focus on releasing the groin, hamstring and hip area. Cultivating spaciousness and breath in these areas helps support easeful alignment and fluidity of movement in standing seated poses. Moving from the hollows and cavities in the body brings a calmness and effortlessness to practice and life!
10am - 1pm Active practice based on theme - includes meditation and asana.
2 - 4pm Discussion around sequencing, body theme and opportunities to observe, experiment and adjust poses and explore students/teachers questions.
Fee: 240.00 for entire series by 1/14, 300.00 thereafter. 70.00 each if space available. Includes support material only for those registered for entire series. No partial day registrations.
